Our Various and Wonderful Flavors: The coffees listed below are always available in our roastery. We often have specialty coffees in stock that are not listed because of their availability. If you are interested in a particular coffee that is not listed, be sure to call us and find out if it is in stock or if we can get it for you.
-Five Rivers Blend: A medium roast of three different beans that imparts rich full flavors. Depending upon the grind, this coffee makes both a great brew coffee as well as an espresso coffee.
-Tillamook Bay Blend: A Vienna roast of two beans that is topped with a lighter roasted Sumatra. The combination of roasts pleases both the light and dark roast lovers.
-Lighthouse Blend: As the name implies, this coffee is a light roast of two different beans. Because it is light roasted this coffee retains full bean flavor and can be described as slightly sweet.
-Sportsmans Blend: Our most popular coffee. A French roast of three different coffees, then a lighter roasted Sumatra added to smooth the harshness.
-Fogcutter Blend: French roasted coffee with Brazilian beans. Our darkest, deepest roast that imparts intense smoky flavors. This coffee has a real following but is not for everybody. Barb calls it French roast with a bite. Keith calls it heaven.
-Costa Rican Doka Estate: High altitude single estate bean. Incredibly delicious and medium roasted.
-Colombian Supremo: An all around favorite coffee. Medium roasted to ensure full flavors.
-Sumatra Mandehling: A popular light to medium roasted coffee with a slightly earthy flavor.
-Mocha Java: One of the oldest coffees in the world. A combination of Ethiopian and Java beans it has spicy overtones.
-Kenya AA: A very hard bean packed with flavor that imparts a wine like after taste.
-Guatemala LaTacita: A fantastic award winning coffee that has a very lively taste. Avery smooth coffee.
-Papua New Guinea Siggri AA: A great medium roasted coffee that goes well with just about anything.
-Certified Organics: Our organic coffees vary from time to time so you need to call for availability.
-Jamaican Blue Mountain: The original JBM from the Wallingford Estate. Hints of butternut characterize this fine coffee.
